Idon"t know that Gordon Chang has played any real role in "China"sdevelopment" -- other than, perhaps, to be a constant warning to the Partyof a particular set of economic and financial problems. My perception of Chang is that he pretty muchhas one song he sings -- in the same way a broken clock always points to asingle time ( and happens to be accurate twice a day ) .

Gordon Chang wasnot the only Chinese who propagated China would collapsed. I remember before2010 a just economist whosefamily name is He said the main banks of China would go to bankrupt, I tended tobelieve Mrs. He was sincere.

Such kind ofideas were good for China, they pushed China government to reform or change itspolitical and economical system to make it survive. Of course this was based on the decisionmakers in China were wise. I thought they were elites Chinese.

But thedisadvantage was maybe American people would he some wrong impressions onChina.

I do not thinkAmerican government and the multi national companies would just believe Chang,they he the elites who made smart decisions.
